What Outputs Look Like

Validation Report

Per-rule pass/fail with severity levels. Each issue includes the affected component, the violated constraint, and a suggested fix. Reports can be exported as structured data.

Stress Heatmap

Visual overlay on the harness model showing thermal and current stress distribution. Hot spots are highlighted with severity-coded colors matching the validation engine output.

BOM & Cut List (Validated)

Manufacturing outputs generated from the validated model. BOMs, cut lists, and assembly notes are only produced when validation passes — ensuring manufacturing never drifts from engineering intent.
